Our Group is currently looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Director at Dubai Corporate Office. As a senior leader you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promoting profitability and growth within the industry. What we are looking for: -Ability to understand the unique dynamics of the UAE market and identifying trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape by tailoring sales strategies to maximize potential. -Ensuring the achievement of sales targets by setting sales goals with concerned General Managers for each BU, analyze data on performance and adjust strategies as needed. -Development and implementation of innovative marketing plans and infiltration into relevant market segments. -Building and sustaining strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, industry professionals ensuring the company maintains reputable presence in the market. -Providing insights and guidance into product development by keeping a pulse on market demands and working with production and design departments to cater to customer preferences. Key Accountabilities: - Direct and Manage Sales and Marketing Activities. - Oversee the Group’s sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. - Spearhead the execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic thinking within the sales teams. - Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor demand for our products and services. - Analyze trends and keep a pulse on industry competition and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market. - Systematically identify potential key accounts in the covered area and develop tailored approaches for engagement. - Collaborate with General Managers to bolster market share of existing customers by enhancing product offerings and nurturing client relationships. - Devise and implement forward-thinking strategies to penetrate untapped market segments. - Pursue new customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and targeted sales initiatives. - Assess current operations and implement measures to boost sales and marketing productivity. - Leverage technology and resources to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Support the Sales team through training programs to foster sales excellence and product knowledge. - Encourage sales team development by establishing a framework for sales competencies that align with our brand promise and customer service expectations. Experience, Skills and Competencies - Minimum 10 years’ experience in a sales leadership role, specifically within the packaging and printing manufacturing industry. - Strong practical knowledge of the UAE market and its regulations. - Proficient in strategic planning and business development. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Results-oriented with a track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
