Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders, and identify and address potential delays or roadblocks.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Track project expenses and ensure that project budgets are adhered to.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to support project success.
Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and adjust plans as needed to ensure success.
Provide regular project status reports to project stakeholders, including senior management.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling
Certification in planning and scheduling (e.g. PMP, PMI-SP)
Experience in construction or engineering industry
Fluent in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
