Our client, a leading global aircraft finance and leasing company, has a growing portfolio and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead accounting operations and provide recommendations in relation to strategic plans and reviews; prepare action plans; implement quality and customer-service standards; assist with system improvements.
Assist with month-end accounting and preparation of financial statements and reports.
Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements and analysing variances.
Coordinate the daily operations of the accounting department.
Assist in the preparation of the annual audits.
Requirements:
5+ years accounting experience
Experience managing a team and overseeing and completing financial statements.
A relevant 3rd-level degree (finance, accounting, aviation finance, etc.) and accounting qualification.
Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
