Your Tasks
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management and leadership development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
Establish and lead the Talent Management and Leadership Center of Excellence, ensuring it operates as a high-performing team
Design, develop, and deliver talent management and leadership programs, including training workshops, coaching initiatives, mentoring programs, and succession planning
Create and implement talent assessment processes, including identifying high-potential employees, assessing competency gaps, and conducting talent reviews
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and develop succession plans for critical leadership and expert roles within the organization, together with regional HR Business Partners
Collect and analyze talent management data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in talent management and leadership development to continuously improve the CoE's offerings
Your Profile
Significant experience in talent management, leadership development, or related roles, ideally in a global context
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to think strategically, understand organizational needs, and develop long-term talent management and leadership strategies
Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret talent management data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for talent management initiatives
Experience in software projects including good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
