We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our growing Fixed Assets and Inventory team in Dubai. The Senior Manager will be accountable for the leadership and effective operations of the Fixed Assets and Inventory team. Key responsibilities include leading the operations of the SSC FA&I function, driving FA&I process standardization & continuous improvement, managing relationships with stakeholders, influencing business and financial stakeholders to deliver objectives, driving efficiency and cost reduction, overseeing development of FA&I SLAs, identifying and implementing ongoing improvements, managing resource allocations and budgets, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as necessary, driving staffing through selection/training/development programs, ensuring consistency with Shared Service Center vision, acting as business champion for FA&I RPA and automation, approving FA&I activities, preparing reports/schedules, serving as escalation point for queries/key POC with local market. The ideal candidate should have FA&I operations experience, operational management experience in an FA&I shared services operation, expert knowledge in all aspects of FA&I function including applicable IFRS and IAS standards (IFRS 16 and IAS 16/36/37), strong communication skills (oral/written), ability to work in a process-driven environment with courage to challenge status quo, experience working across multiple global entities/time zones, excellent project management/leadership/negotiation skills.
