Our Client, a Large Multinational Insurance company is looking to hire a Financial Lines Underwriter to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Early Career Development Role is an exceptional opportunity for dynamic University Graduates to develop valuable hands-on technical product & Industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a solid understanding of underwriting principles and practices.
Gain technical knowledge and expertise in insurance products.
Perform underwriting tasks and evaluations with guidance from senior underwriters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various aspects of the insurance industry.
Engage in ongoing performance assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in mentoring programs to receive guidance from experienced professionals.
Gain exposure to senior leaders and strategic decision-making processes.
Skills & Experience:
UAE Nationals only.
Recent university graduate with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, Actuarial Sciences, Risk Management, or a Cyber Degree preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
Not working in the financial sector.
Maximum 2 years of work experience.
Ready to work in Dubai, UAE (3 days a week in the office).
