Overview:


The position will focus on talent management outcomes - succession planning, leadership development, coaching, assessment tools etc.


Support business leaders in ensuring that Landmark Retail has a strong and effective senior leadership team to drive the business going forward, in line with the Group’s strategic objectives. Together with the CHRO and the Group Head of Leadership Development & Culture:


Focus on talent management outcomes such as succession planning, leadership development, coaching, and assessment tools and support business leaders in building a strong and effective senior leadership team aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
Evaluate senior team health and design interventions at individual, team, and structure levels and measure progress and enhance individual and organizational performance.
Build an ecosystem to attract, develop, inspire, and engage top leadership talent.

Core Responsibilities:


Take stock of the health and strength of the senior team in each part of the business

Assess each top team structure and Review critical leadership positions through a robust talent management process
Identify key opportunities and risks from a leadership point of view in each business and at a Group level

Design and ensure delivery of interventions needed at an individual, team and/or structure level

Develop a comprehensive leadership journey/program from first-line managers to executives, aligned with organizational needs and career progression
Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to co-create flagship programs
Review business and leadership performance metrics to identify gaps and establish a clear leadership development roadmap. Design and implement assessment frameworks to evaluate individual and team leadership capabilities and identify areas of improvement
Provide top team coaching and facilitation to enhance team effectiveness, plan and orchestrate internal talent movements to ensure a smooth succession pipeline, and partner with external networks to deliver interventions as required. Project manages learning and development initiatives to ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes
Key trends and recommendations to further enhance talent processes. Ability to execute high-impact talent management strategies that enhance people and business performance as an outcome of 9 box grid

Measure progress and impact in terms of business results

Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance and to support leaders in achieving their full potential
Measure and report on progress over time in terms of strengthening the leadership bench

Talent Management

Lead talent management strategies, processes, and programs to drive high performance and support business objectives
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to identify critical talent needs, attract, develop, and retain top talent
Develop HiPO and career pathing programs for critical roles, aligned with organizational values
Implement succession planning and talent mobility programs, establish metrics to measure effectiveness, and continuously improve based on feedback and data
Experience in developing talent initiatives targeted at key employee segments such as top talent, critical roles is required

Support building an ecosystem that enables the Group to attract, develop, inspire and engage top leadership talent

Design and develop the Leadership Competency Framework , Talent Framework at Group level and senior leaderships surveys to assess organization health along with action plan and measurement metrics
Develop and build an impactful learning environment; drive specific initiatives as needed to engage a leadership population

Skills & Experience:


Post-graduate degree/MBA in HR, preferred professional qualifications in leadership
15 years of corporate/consulting experience with CXO leadership, proven track record as strategic partner for leadership development
Advanced skills in critical thinking, problem solving, influencing, process management, collaboration, and interpersonal relationships along with strong presentation skills
Significant experience in learning and assessment domain at senior leadership level, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and designing and implementing leadership and development programs aligned with business
Certifications on assessment tools like – Hogan , MBTI , strength finder preferred.
Solid understanding of core leadership theories and best practices
Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, commercial acumen, and analytical skills
Good understanding of behavioral and learning science, learning technology, KPIs, and passion for delivering measurable outcomes
Creative, self-motivated, execution focused, and a self-starter who can deal with ambiguity
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities and coordinate inputs from internal and external partners
