We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our master planning team and lead a large complex project within the UAE.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the concept design phase of the project, focusing on developing building and land plans while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and leading multi-disciplinary land development teams. You should possess the skills necessary to drive urban development projects forward and have a deep understanding of planning documents that guide project development and growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include project leadership, team management, client management, master planning design delivery, as well as overseeing strategic plans and adapting them as needed throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate must hold a project management qualification such as PMP or CAPM, or have equivalent experience as a project manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
