Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team here in Meydan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and implementing training programs, with a focus on enhancing employee skills and fostering a positive learning environment.
Main responsibilities:
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs for our new joiners and employees.
Promoting continuous learning, skill development, and professional growth within the company.
Collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop appropriate learning strategies and ensure effective delivery of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional instructional design abilities, and a proven track record in implementing successful L&D programs
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, or similar role
Proficiency in designing and delivering a variety of training programs.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proven track record in implementing successful L&D programs.
