Work alongside Recruitment Manager towards recruitment target of hires per month
Help with marketing ideas/proposals for recruitment material
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills and experience towards the role
Headhunt experienced agents through online portals/platforms
Headhunt unexperienced individuals with sales backgrounds to relocate to Dubai
Develop and update job descriptions
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews with a professional manner to represent the company
