Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Spec:

Headhunting, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities and benefits
Screening candidates and drawing up relevant shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
Arranging interviews and managing the coordination of interview logistics
Conducting reference checks in line with client expectations

Renumeration:

Competitive basic wage based on experience
Visa and medical insurance
Uncapped Commission
Monthly OTE of AED 15,000 - AED 30,000 (On Target Earnings)
30 days holiday per year
