ADDIE ( Analysis , design , develop , implementation and evaluation )

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Assess development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, Leadership Steering committees and consultation with line managers, instructors and client representatives.
Design, plan, organize, and direct leadership development programs, seminars, coaching and other suitable interventions to maximize learning and improvement opportunities.
Maintain and deliver the existing Leadership Development programs including: Excellence in Nuclear Leadership Program (EiNLP), First Line Leader Program (FLL), Leading Effective Teams (LET), ONE program and Continuous Development programs.
Develop objectives, lesson plans, activities and exam materials as needed to support the development of the trainees and maintain the integrity of the program.
Review and revise delivery and material to ensure alignment with the latest industry practices and benchmarks and align with Enterprise priorities.
Ensure an approved method is used in determining in needs analysis, curriculum design, material development and delivery of modules and programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs ensuring industry standards and quality are adhered to.
Facilitate and present modules to the Enterprise leaders and emerging leaders ensuring opportunities for development are provided.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Complete participant feedback summaries to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
Conduct observations and evaluations in order to ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
Participate in evaluations and self-assessments to identify opportunities for program improvement.
Perform post module evaluations to determine the extent to which knowledge and skills gained are being used by participants in their roles.

Training Effectiveness and Support

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Engage subject matter experts (SMEs) in the development, maintenance and implementation of materials to ensure effectiveness of programs provided.
Support in the development and maintenance of schedules to ensure timely & efficient program implementation.
Monitor and maintain the facilities, equipment, materials used to ensure effective program delivery.
