Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, company culture, and industry nuances.
Source, identify, and engage with top-tier technology professionals through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Utilize your industry expertise to provide guidance and recommendations to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; HR or business-related disciplines preferred.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in technical recruitment, with a focus on technology recruitment in an agency setting.
In-depth knowledge of tech roles, skills, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
