In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s balance sheet by substantiating, reconciling, and controlling all balance sheet accounts in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of balance sheet controls while also monitoring financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with informed decision-making abilities under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or economics is required, with a preference for Chartered Accountants. Additionally, candidates should have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a large business environment along with knowledge of banking systems/products and Power BI/Automation tools.
