The Job:
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Leasing Administrator to join our Asset Management team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the Asset Management team.
Ensure all documents are maintained according to the company policy and procedures.
Prepare tenancy contracts and coordinate with the tenant/ client for renewals.
Complete EJARI registration and upload documents into EJARI System.
Manage the issuance of tenant invoices and Keep records of received payments (cash/cheques).
Attend to all the requests/concerns of the tenants/ clients.
Prepare NOC or any other letter requested by the tenant/client.
Coordinate with the maintenance company to resolve tenants’ queries.
Coordinate with the Finance Department about payments and outstanding balances of tenants.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience while working in UAE
Strong intrapersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Bilingual preferred (Arabic and English speaking)
