As a Senior Recruitment Manager with Real Estate Experience, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts within the real estate sector for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure the successful onboarding of new employees. Your expertise in the real estate industry will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit to contribute to our organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's real estate talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, industry associations, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified real estate professionals.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, cultivating a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand within the real estate industry through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate offer negotiations and oversee the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Market Research and Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate recruitment to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to recruitment team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role within the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of real estate job functions, industry-specific skills, and market trends.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
