?? Who are we looking for?
The Asset Manager will report to Stake’s Head of Assets and work directly with Stake’s Operations team to look after the growing portfolio of properties, ensuring it is proactively managed and taken care of.
The most successful candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, self-reliant, shows initiative, and has methodical ways to manage real estate. The candidate is also passionate about maximizing value and income potential for Stake’s primary customers, the platform investors.
The Asset Manager will spend most of their time:
Designing and implementing leasing strategy changes for properties utilizing real-time market data while apply a financial driven approach.
Reviewing and signing-off on all agreements relating to property management.
Communicating to investors on property performance and changes in management strategies.
Sign-offing on property management changes, maintenance works, renovation and refurbishment works for the properties.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports to monitor the performance of properties and assess the performance of service providers.
Identifying and implementing process efficiencies to continually improve our Asset Management system through tech and best practices.
Continuously monitoring asset appreciation and develop potential exit strategies for investors.
Carrying out financial due diligence for new properties to be acquired.
Working closely with third party property managers, reviewing portfolio performance, and mapping out the best courses of action to maximize investor ROI.
? You will be a good fit if you have...
A minimum of 3 years experience in real estate portfolio management.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Rigorous, balanced, and cost-conscious in operating approach.
Strong relationship and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
A data-driven approach.
Expertise in discounting cash flow methods and property valuation.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or Google Workspace tools.
English fluency is assumed, Arabic is nice to have.
We are an investment platform so technology is at the heart of everything we do, the candidate must demonstrate the ability, through past experience, of being able to very quickly gain command of new tools and technologies.
? Bonus Points for:
Fintech and/or real estate experience is nice to have.
Experience in process improvement is a big plus.
Graduate level degree such as a BS or MS in a technical field or an MBA.
