About the job ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to hire a new Sales Director – Off Plan who will be responsible for managing, training and guiding a sales team and ensuring that the sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong off-plan market background, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to be able to establish new relationships with potential clientele and grow the business. A deep understanding of the broker's work is required, including the paperwork, knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a Head of an off-plan sales team, overlooking all sales-related affairs and managing the entire sales process flow Lead by example, manage, develop and motivate own sales team to ensure best productivity, consistent sales and the achievement of sales revenue targets as per the company business plan Support and assist agents in closing deals when required Manage leads for the team and ensure high leads conversion Ensure the development and day-to-day implementation of an effective training program to help agents advance their industry knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth Conduct regular meetings with all team members separately and all together, engage them in seminars, training, internal and external industry updates ultimately aiming for consistency in the quality of services and clients’ satisfaction Set individual and team performance goals and manage KPIs for each team member Engage with potential candidates for the sales team and be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to maximize organizational sales goals, revenue generation and achieve business objectives Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or propose and implement new ones; coordinate with them to create impactful promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and events to attract buyers and investors Act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients and manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience Create relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team Collaborate closely with stakeholders from all other departments to set and achieve ambitious yet realistic business goals and/or adopt new strategies if required Constantly research, evaluate and analyse the real estate market to be able to acquire property market intelligence, anticipate potential business challenges and develop and implement new sales plans if needed Stay updated with latest industry trends and DLD updates, new launches and best practices for lead generation through portals and other sources Prepare forecasts and KPIs for use in budget setting, financial forecasting, organizational and strategic planning REQUIREMENTS At least 5 - 7 years of real estate experience in Dubai Experience for at least 3 years in the position of a Sales Manager, Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales Outstanding knowledge and experience in the Dubai Off-Plan Real Estate Market at a high level is mandatory Brokerage experience is an absolute must Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or another relevant field Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English Confident yet approachable with proven leadership skills Ambitious and a strong decision maker UAE Driving License and a car Team player *** We highly appreciate your interest in Unique Properties.
