We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our company in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Typical roles and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer emails
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Building sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
