As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. You will develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures while monitoring performance and implementing improvements as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to formulate business strategy, design policies that align with organizational goals, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, lead a team of professionals effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate for this position must have proven experience as an Operations Director or similar role in a dynamic business environment with a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or related fields. Strong understanding of business functions & intellectual property field is essential along with demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. Excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, communication skills are required. Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations is mandatory along with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma or ITIL being preferred.
