As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in handling various HR functions such as administration, payroll, employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate HR guidelines while contributing to the overall objectives of the department.

In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. You will work closely with department heads to coordinate employee probation periods, goal setting, and performance appraisals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining 100% compliance with payroll, attendance, leave administration, and employee personnel files. Your proactive approach will ensure that new hires have a positive onboarding experience including travel arrangements, housing accommodations, and orientation.

As a key member of the HR team, you will coach and guide junior team members in their day-to-day HR administrative tasks. You will oversee various HR functions such as payroll management, insurance administration, filing systems maintenance, employee welfare initiatives, and more. Your role will also involve assisting in employee grievance handling, conducting exit interviews, maximizing employee efficiency through engagement activities, and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
