Al Futtaim Group, a leading automotive company based in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Research, Analysis & Projects to join their dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager Finance on corporate budgeting, financial diligence across various areas and companies, and strategic projects within the Automotive division.
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of budgets in collaboration with the commercial business department. You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring operating budgets, investigating variances as needed. Additionally, you will manage month-end actual reporting processes, budgeting activities, forecasting tasks, and strategic planning submissions. Your role will involve working closely with Group Finance and Automotive Financial Planning & Analysis to plan the budget and forecast process effectively.
In this position, you will review budgets by Latest Estimate (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow) for various functions within the organization. You will also support budget challenge reviews and define cost recharges and allocation frameworks. Furthermore, you will contribute to management reporting processes, conduct business performance reviews periodically, and assist in developing strategic plans along with analyzing their financial implications. Collaboration with key stakeholders to understand and challenge recharges and cost allocations is a key aspect of this role.
