Title – HR Business Partner
Type- Contract – 2 years Fixed term employment (FTE)
The HR Business Partner role is a crucial position within the ERP Transformation Programme, serving as the primary HR representative and point of contact for HR policy and process-related communication and assistance. Although the role reports to the Programme Director, the incumbent will collaborate closely with the Business Unit (BU) HR teams to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience, including but not limited to :
Manpower Costing and Budgeting
Managing the Manpower budget for the programme
Maintaining monthly manpower costing consolidation
Managing the employee lifecycle end to end for Programme Resources
Supporting Business Unit HR with recruitment, where required
Liaising with the Business Unit HR and HRSS teams on on-boarding, including liaising for IT assets and employee ID
Preparing induction plans for new joiners.
Coordinating with HRSS and Business Unit HR (when applicable) for the off-boarding process
Driving Goal Setting and Performance Reviews
Steering career roadmap discussions for programme resources
Managing HR BP coordination for salary review and bonus
Managing HR BP support for Disciplinary action as per the Disciplinary office table.
Managing Performance Improvement plans
Conducting engagement activities for the Programme team
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Manage conflicts and escalations as per HR policy and protocols.
Coordination with Corporate HR and BU HR
Coordinate with Corporate HR and HR Centres of Excellence for programme related HR decisions.
Coordinate with Business Unit HR for employees who are not allocated a 100% to the programme.
