We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with our company values and objectives.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter at AMS International UAE, you will utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, Boolean searches, and proactive headhunting to attract both active and passive candidates. You will conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with business teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure project requirements are met with the right talent.

In this role, you will also play a key role in compensation planning by maintaining and refining the company’s compensation structure. You will conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, prepare budgets, and recommend pay structure revisions as needed. Furthermore, you will provide regular recruitment reports to the head of recruitment and work closely with HR and hiring managers to facilitate seamless onboarding and successful integration of new hires into the team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions
