We are currently seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing large EPC Projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector. Your key responsibilities will include delivering process tasks that align with Bilfinger Tebodin's standards, meeting project deadlines and budgets, as well as effectively communicating with the engineering team and project stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in prioritizing multiple detailed engineering activities to ensure project schedules are met while adapting to changes in priorities.
The ideal candidate for this position must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university, with at least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (onshore and offshore). Experience working on Adnoc Onshore/Offshore Projects as a Lead Process Engineer is highly preferred. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, familiarity with international engineering standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, SHELL DEP guidelines, and various process simulation software tools is essential. Additionally, strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to take on coordination roles within projects are key attributes we are looking for.
