As a Fixed Term HR Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, supporting various administrative and research tasks related to HR and Office Support functions. Your responsibilities will include managing employment documentation for all staff, overseeing the DMCC Visa and Work Permit Process, facilitating employee onboarding and induction processes, and implementing the annual employee training plan.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all documents and records are up-to-date, maintaining employees' absence requests as needed, and generating required reports within our HR systems. This temporary position will cover maternity leave for a period of 5 months starting from mid-February 2024.
