As the Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable & Treasury, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable function with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, reviewing invoices, processing payments accurately and timely, as well as resolving discrepancies promptly. In addition to managing accounts payable, you will also be responsible for treasury activities such as cash flow management, banking operations, and handling financial risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable processes while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Review and process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately.
- Manage cash flow to support operational needs effectively.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for financial planning.
- Monitor banking relationships and handle treasury operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with relevant certifications such as CA, CPA or CMA preferred. Additionally, we require at least 5 years of experience in accounts payable and treasury functions within multinational organizations. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is essential along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
