Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with managers to identify and address talent gaps, develop succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Lead and facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, propose and implement solutions to improve HR programs and processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
