As an HR/Recruitment Specialist with our team, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates based on specific job descriptions. Your main tasks will include crafting job descriptions, posting job ads on multiple channels, and utilizing UAE job portals efficiently. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, keeping track of all contacts and identifying effective methods to fill tough job openings. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment software, maintain recruitment paperwork, and conduct training for new HR Recruiters as part of an induction program.

In this role, you will build relationships with candidates through social media and events while coordinating with hiring managers to establish selection criteria for future hires. You will conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates and review CVs from applicants on job boards. Monitoring hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire will be crucial in evaluating the success of your recruitment strategies. Furthermore, you may interview candidates in person when necessary, measure candidate experience through surveys, and manage a comprehensive candidate database.
