As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and provide optimal returns for owners while delivering outstanding service to tenants and clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of property management. This includes coordinating inspections and maintenance, liaising with vendors for repairs and upgrades, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing tenant relations including advertising vacancies and executing lease agreements, developing budgets, monitoring rent collections, implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants, negotiating rental terms to maximize profitability, staying updated on market trends for competitive rental rates adjustment, ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations, managing tenancy contracts and registrations, handling eviction processes or legal disputes when necessary. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for property owners by providing regular updates on property performance and offering strategic recommendations for enhancements and investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Administration with proven experience in property management in Dubai or the UAE real estate market. RERA certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with proficiency in property management software, financial acumen for budgeting purposes, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and laws. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
