Finance Director

The Finance Director at Dejavu Dubai will play a crucial role in the strategic management of the company’s financial and operational functions. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies to support long-term goals, overseeing all financial operations such as accounting and budgeting, ensuring compliance with local regulations, leading operational functions to enhance productivity, managing risk through effective internal controls, mentoring finance and operations teams, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating financial performance to executive management, and representing the company in financial discussions with key partners. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the media and advertising industry in the UAE along with exceptional leadership skills.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing financial operations
• - Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the media or advertising industry in the UAE.
• - Experience in managing multi-country operations within the GCC region.
