We are currently looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to join our team at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, manage bookkeeping activities, lead month-end closing processes, ensure accurate reconciliation, monitor budget performance, and present financial results to the management team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization while optimizing financial processes and controls.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily bookkeeping activities such as accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations, leading month-end/year-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting, preparing/analyzing financial statements for strategic decision-making insights, monitoring budget performance for cost-saving opportunities, performing reconciliations of various accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations/policies/internal controls, assisting with audits/liaising with external professionals, implementing/improving financial policies/procedures/reporting systems, and supporting payroll processing/tax filings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or CMA certification preferred), at least 8 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles/financial reporting/budgeting/consolidation, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks/NetSuite/SAP) and Microsoft Excel, experience with financial reconciliations/month-end closing processes, excellent analytical/problem-solving/organizational skills attention to detail/multi-tasking abilities communication/presentation skills for conveying financial data to stakeholders tax regulation/compliance/internal control knowledge.

Key Job Requirements:
