As the Account Director at Discovered MENA, you will play a crucial role in developing new business and overseeing critical partnerships. You will be the senior point of contact for high-profile clients, building trust and strategic alignment while ensuring that client strategies deliver measurable results. Your responsibilities will include mentoring account teams, identifying opportunities for new client accounts, and partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager with 2 years at the Director level. You should have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive impact. Experience in account or client management, particularly in an agency environment, is essential. A proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering exceptional results, along with strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team, are also required.
