You will be responsible for proactively seeking and recruiting talented real estate agents to join our organization. Your role involves cultivating relationships within the real estate market, identifying potential candidates, and serving as the primary headhunter for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively scan the real estate market to identify and assess potential candidates who align with our company's values and goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals to create a network of potential recruits.
Serve as the main headhunter by approaching and engaging with potential candidates, presenting career opportunities, and promoting our company's unique selling points.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact and interviews to onboarding new agents.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
Maintain candidate databases, records, and reports to track recruitment activities and measure success.
Collaborate with department heads and management to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Possesses at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, with a focus on the real estate sector.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the dynamics of the industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
