Job Overview:
As the HR and Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR and Recruitment Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
