HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner at Emirates will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support the organization's goals. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and development. The HR Business Partner will also provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
