We are currently seeking a Cost Control Manager who will be responsible for managing all information and processes related to estimating, planning, and controlling schedules for our railway projects from contract award to revenue operation. The ideal candidate will maintain and update databases to track program payment activities, formulate progress reports on costs incurred, review monthly reports prepared by third parties, validate payment applications, develop contract administration plans and procedures, manage SAP relevant to contract administration, among other tasks.

In addition to core operational responsibilities, the Cost Control Manager will provide assistance across business units when necessary, ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met in the workplace, adapt to strategic initiatives or changes within the organization, support in extraordinary events like claims by Contractors or dispute reviews. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in business/engineering/construction management or Industrial Science with 10-15 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Project Management or Rail Management would be preferable.
