As an HR & Recruitment Manager at GULF EDUCATION FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by attracting and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. You will also design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals, oversee employee onboarding, orientation, training programs, manage payroll, compensation, benefits programs, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Gulf region-specific regulations.
In addition to your recruitment and HR operations responsibilities, you will be tasked with fostering a positive workplace culture through diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns and grievances, conduct performance management processes including evaluations and career development planning. As a strategic partner to the leadership team at GULF EDUCATION FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, you will advise on HR best practices and trends, develop HR metrics to measure effectiveness of strategies, lead organizational development initiatives for business growth and employee retention. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with Gulf labor laws, visa regulations, employment standards; manage workplace health & safety policies; handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
