Our client is currently looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate who will be based in UAE and will be having the following key responsibilities:
Manage Talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates.
Utilize the company’s ATS system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Review received applications against the job requirements and initial screening calls to applicants, when required, and filter out unmatched applications.
Share shortlisted applications with the respective department and arrange interviews for selected applications.
Develop the Job Offer for selected candidates and obtain required approvals prior to releasing the offer to candidates.
Negotiate Job Offers and joining dates with candidates.
Continuously follow up with selected candidates throughout their notice period to ensure their joining to the company.
Assist the respective Business Units in the on-boarding process of new joiners.
Develop, maintain, and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
Develop Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR.
