Our client, a leading real estate company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee all procurement and contracting activities within the real estate sector.
As the Senior Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies, establishing relationships with key suppliers for timely delivery of high-quality materials and services, leading contract negotiation processes to secure favorable terms, drafting and reviewing contracts for various procurement activities such as construction and maintenance agreements. You will also monitor contract performance, evaluate potential vendors through supplier assessments, negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous contracts, and manage procurement budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain-related field. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management within luxury high-end real estate or similar industries.
