Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight:

- Formulate and execute asset management plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Monitor the performance of the entire real estate portfolio to ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as returns, occupancy rates, and operational efficiency to make data-driven decisions.
Financial Management:
- Lead budget preparation, financial report reviews, and forecasts for properties within the portfolio.
- Monitor operating expenses, revenue streams, and capital expenditures to maximize ROI and maintain financial health.
Investment Strategy:
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial modeling and market analysis.
- Provide recommendations to senior management or investment committees based on thorough due diligence.
- Mentor a team of asset managers and analysts to enhance team performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments like property management, leasing, and development for effective asset management.
- Maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and key partners by providing regular updates on asset performance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business or related field is required.
- Significant experience in real estate asset management is necessary; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
