We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Manager to join the HR team of our high growth client. The Recruitment Manager would be a global thinker, that is able to act locally as they lead the development of recruitment strategy and implementation of best practices & processes for all roles across different business units. They will work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including scouting talent globally as well as locally, and driving recruitment initiatives, policies, and procedures.
