The main responsibilities of the position include:



Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, other contemporary platforms etc.
Screen CVs, conduct in-depth interviews and provide useful insights to hiring teams.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Champion our employer brand, create compelling content to showcase our culture and values and provide suggestions for further enhancements.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Deliver results as per pre-set KPIs and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
