As a Senior Recruiter at IFZA, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our team by attracting top talent across diverse positions, including high-level roles. Collaborating closely with department heads and executives, youll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, meeting our staffing needs and driving our strategic objectives. Your dedication to sourcing the best talent will be the cornerstone of our thriving workforce.


Active sourcing of candidates for different positions (also high-level)
Creating Job Ads that will attract the best fitting applicants
Pre-screening of candidates
Interviewing of candidates via Teams and in person
Facilitate interviews between the department heads and the candidate
Entering all necessary data in Zoho-Recruit
Negotiating terms and conditions with the candidates


Requirements


5 years of experience in recruiting of high-level positions and experts
1 year or more of experience in recruiting people in Europe
Full English proficiency is required
Full German proficiency is an advantage
Up level communication skills
Ability to work on different recruiting projects (and different position levels) at the same time
Great Team player
High flexibility
Good Knowledge in Recruiting Software, ideally in Zoho-Recruit
