As our firm continues to grow and expand its operations across multiple countries, we are seeking an individual who can effectively manage local office HR coordination and assist with adhoc projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll processes, managing compensation and benefit packages, drafting standard letters, participating in recruitment activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential records, generating HR reports, and providing occasional administrative assistance to the investment team.
