Our client is a leading global asset manager based in Dubai, they are looking to hire a generalist HR professional with 5 years of experience, gained while working in the UAE or GCC, across onboarding & offboarding, payroll, recruitment, and compensation & benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
Process monthly payrolls and all other associated payments.
Assist in recruitment related activities from interview scheduling to onboarding.
Support senior management in performance management and compensation and benefits related activities.
Support the HR team in all insurance renewals and management.
Key Requirements:
5 years of generalist HR experience, gained in the UAE or GCC.
Bachelor’s degree, CIPD level 5 is highly advantageous.
English and Arabic Language skills, written and spoken.
Candidates must possess a high level of aptitude.
The ability to communicate effectively with senior management via multiple communication lines.
