We are currently seeking a Financial Controller – Operations to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our operational activities. Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams, you will drive efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance while ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller – Operations include partnering with various teams to optimize financial performance, lead cost analysis and inventory valuation efforts, oversee accounts payable and treasury functions for optimal cash flow management. Additionally, you will maintain accurate fixed asset records, manage inventory accounting processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, prepare financial statements, support audits, mentor finance team members, and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred), 5-10 years of experience in operational finance roles with strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
