We are currently seeking an Inventory & Finance Coordinator who will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, handling invoicing and dispatching, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring financial efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a finance background to effectively manage customer account statements and other financial tasks with precision.
Responsibilities for this role include monitoring stock levels, processing orders, generating invoices, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records using systems like ZOHO, conducting stock reconciliation and audits. Additionally, tracking customer payments and outstanding balances, preparing customer statements for timely collections, following up on overdue payments with customers while collaborating with the finance team for further actions will be key tasks. The Inventory & Finance Coordinator will also communicate with sales and finance teams regarding order or payment discrepancies, provide reports on inventory levels and receivables status while ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA being advantageous. A minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management, invoicing and accounts receivable is required. Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP or Oracle) and accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero) is essential. Experience in the medical supplies industry would be beneficial for this position.
