We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our MENA division based in Sharjah, UAE. Reporting to the Regional Manager for MENA, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, financial, and administrative requirements of engineering and rental projects within Motive MENA. The primary objective of this role is to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet client requirements. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clients and guiding projects efficiently to contribute to the continued success of Motive Offshore Group.
As part of the Motive team in UAE, you will work alongside a close-knit team dedicated to high standards and specifications in equipment manufacturing and service provision. You will collaborate with onshore & offshore personnel to deliver growth in the MENA region while developing as individuals within a supportive environment. Additionally, you will be part of a global Motive team that values growth and teamwork.
The ideal candidate for this role should have significant experience leading projects in the Marine or Oil & Gas sectors with expertise in formal project management methods. A degree in Engineering or relevant field is advantageous along with proficiency in Microsoft Project. The successful candidate must have experience managing complex engineering projects efficiently while being recognized as a positive driving force within the business.
