HR Business Partner
Work Location: Abu Dhabi (office based)
Estimated Salary Package: circa AED 25 - 30K per month (depending on experience) + Family Medical Insurance + Family Annual Flights + Family Visa
Strategic Scope of Work:
Harness the promotion of a positive and engaging workplace environment. You will lead the design, implementation of HR strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and well being covering onboarding, career development and the roll out of HR technology.
HR Technology:
Help implement technology solutions to enhance the overall employee experience
You will manage HR ERP - SAP Success Factors to ensure employee data is up to date.
Employee Engagement:
Take a hands on approach to employee development initiatives, looking at improving the employee life cycle, looking into recognition and rewards, and employee relation topics.
Profile Requirements:
8+ years professional experience in HR
Track record in implementing and managing SAP Success Factors
Senior level HR experience in HRIS and leading projects teams
Education Requirements:
Degree educated in HR or similar
